RODE NT5MP
The RODE NT5MP gives you a matched pair of RODE’s premier small-diaphragm cardioid condenser microphones. Sometimes referred to as pencil mics, the NT5MP’s are ideal for stereo recording applications such as string quartets, choirs, and drum overheads. Compact and externally polarized, these microphones sport 1/2″ capsules each. As well as an active J-FET impedance converter with bipolar output buffer.
Plus, boasting a tight cardioid pickup pattern; the NT5MP is also ideal for use as an indoor dialogue microphone for filmmaking and recordings. With a durable satin nickel finish, the NT5MP is designed and made in Australia. While also covered by RODEs industry-leading 10 year warranty.
Rode StereoBar
The RODE StereoBar gives you a robust solution for mounting your NT5MP matched pair in a stereo array, with a clearly marked spacing of up to 20cm. As well as angle and measurement indicators for ORTF and XY positioning. So the StereoBar makes it quick and easy to achieve complex recording arrays. While 5/8″ mounting threads are supplied with accompanying spacing clips. Allowing for easy positioning of stacked arrays. Built with a robust ABS construction; the StereoBar is made stable and durable. Allowing it to easily support the weight of your two NT5MP microphones.
