ActiveGard limiting system protects your hearing

In live sound and studio recording applications, unexpected signal spikes can damage your hearing while you’re monitoring. To protect your ears, Sennheiser’s ActiveGard technology is ready and waiting to limit incoming audio to suppress signal spikes that exceed safe monitoring levels. When the incoming audio falls back into a safe range again, ActiveGard goes back into standby mode.
